4. Closed Session under Texas Government Code Chapter 551, Subchapters D and E A. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberation regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer and/or employee. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
