4. Closed Session A. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, regarding pending or contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. B. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government code, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee. C. Pursuant to Section 551.0821 of the Texas Government Code, deliberation regarding a matter involving a public school student which may reveal personally identifiable information about the student. 1. Consultation with Board's attorney regarding process and procedures for the Level III hearing filed by Heidi Koch 2. Hearing regarding the Level III appeal filed by Heidi Koch pursuant to Board Policies FNG(LEGAL) and FNG(LOCAL), unless otherwise held in open session, as outlined herein. 3.
